Installation Instructions
1. Fixtures must be operated by a licensed electrician.
2. Check if fixtures are in good condition once the packaging is open.
3. Do not let fixture fall down from ceiling system or clash to hard staff.
4. Make sure that the cable of fixture is long enough to connect.Do not knot or pull the cable strongly.
5. Do connect input end of fixture to output end of LED driver.
6. Wiring must be firm and tight with insulation protection well.Be aware of electricity shock.
7. Keep fixture and LED driver away from water or liquid,free from electric leakage and eletricity shock.

Q1: What is the Warranty for the lamps?
A1: 3- 5 years warranty for edge-lit panel, and 1-3 years for back-lit panel. If there any quality problems on our side ,we will replace the panels or
return-back the money to you .
Q2: What is colour temperature?
A2: The panels has warm white, natural white and pure white colour temperatures for choice.
Warm white = 2700K-3200K
Natural white = 4000K-4500K
Pure white = 6000K-6500K
Q3:: What is CRI?
A3: CRI is a figure which feedback the real objects colors.Higher CRI with higher cost.For our LED panels,Our CRI is >82.
Q4: Will your LED panel work on a dimmer switch?
A4: Yes, can do as per your request.
Q5: How is the packing of the panels?
A5: It's solid with K=K hardened cartons. The panel is surrounded by foam.
Q6:Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?
A6: For small order,express will be best, for bulk order,sea ship way is best but take much time.
